Do you use financing?

Depending on the deal we either purchase using cash or pre-approved financing in order to close as quick as possible.

After titles are cleared, we’ll give you an offer, and if you accept the offer we’ll likely be able to buy your house within days not months

Do I need to fix anything in the house before it's sold?

You do not have to fix anything, all renovations are figured into our offer!
